Ramen Jiro Nakayama Ekimae (ラーメン二郎 中山駅前店)

Ramen Jiro (ラーメン二郎) is one of Japan’s most famous and cult-followed ramen chains, celebrated for its enormous portions, thick garlic-laden pork-and-soy broth, and towering mounts of vegetables. Each of its roughly 40 branches nationwide is run semi-independently by a former apprentice and has its own devoted fanbase, affectionately known as “Jiro-lian.” This branch sits right by Nakayama Station’s south exit and is closed on Thursdays.
