Signature (シグネチャー) is a French restaurant on the 37th floor of the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, directly connected to Mitsukoshimae Station in Chuo, Tokyo, and a 2025 Tabelog Hyakumeiten (フレンチ TOKYO 百名店 2025) honoree.
Seating is 75, with a private room for up to 8 guests. A 15% service charge applies, and credit cards are accepted (electronic money and QR code payments are not).
The restaurant has no regular closing day, open every day of the week for lunch (11:30 onward) and dinner (18:00 onward, with a course menu finishing by around 20:30 and à la carte by around 21:00).
