Santekan is an okonomiyaki, izakaya, and teppanyaki restaurant near Roppongi-itchome Station, run by the long-established Osaka okonomiyaki restaurant Kiji. The name “Santekan” combines three readings of “te” (come, see, eat) with “kan” (to relax), inviting guests to enjoy the dish with all five senses. Its signature suji-yaki, piled with simmered beef tendon, is the most popular item on the menu. The restaurant has been selected for the Tabelog Hyakumeiten (Okonomiyaki) list multiple times, including 2025, 2024, 2022, and 2019.

It is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 to 15:30 and 17:00 to 22:00, and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 12:00 to 22:00, with no fixed regular closed day (irregular closures). Hours may also change on days when the neighboring Suntory Hall has a performance, so it is recommended to call ahead to confirm.
