Hakodate Fusaya Daimon-ten is an okonomiyaki and teppanyaki restaurant a five-minute walk from JR Hakodate Station. The owner trained at the famous Osaka restaurant Fusaya before opening this branch with the original shop’s blessing. In addition to original okonomiyaki creations like the signature tonton-yaki, the restaurant is known for its fresh seafood, served live from an in-house tank, including king crab.
