Negiyaki Yamamoto Honten is the original 1965 location of the Negiyaki Yamamoto chain, a few minutes’ walk from Juso Station in Osaka. The shop is credited with popularizing negiyaki (a green-onion-topped okonomiyaki variant), and this Juso location remains the flagship store, distinct from the chain’s other branches such as Umeda EST and Shin-Osaka.
