Namake is a ticket-system standing bar near Kamata Station known for cheap, high-quality grilled hormone (offal) and lamb dishes alongside seafood and sushi items, with a signature toro-takuan roll frequently cited by reviewers. It opened in July 2022 and has become one of Kamata’s most talked-about tachinomi spots, often drawing queues before opening, earning a spot on Tabelog’s 2025 Top 100 Standing Bars. It is entirely non-smoking and cash-only, with second-floor group seating available for all-you-can-drink packages.
