Sakazuki (さか月)

Sakazuki is a compact, ten-counter-seat standing sake bar tucked in an alley off Tsukishima’s famous monjayaki street. Open since January 2019, it specializes in an omakase-style course built around ingredients sourced daily from Toyosu Market, paired with a rotating selection of roughly fifty Japanese sake varieties. Cash-only and non-smoking, it elevates the humble tachinomi format into something closer to a refined sake-pairing counter experience, a standout in a neighborhood otherwise dominated by monjayaki restaurants. It is honored on the 2025 Tabelog Tachinomi Hyakumeiten list.
