Nikuryori PINE (肉料理PINE)

Nikuryori PINE is a stylish standing bar tucked down an alley near Higashi-Umeda, specializing in meat-centric small plates served from an L-shaped counter in a calm, Japanese-influenced space. Opened in August 2023, it quickly built a following for pairing craft gin with its meat dishes. The 25-seat venue is cash-only with no reservations, keeping it in the classic tachinomi mold despite its modern menu. Its popularity has reportedly spurred a sister concept opened by the same group in Fukushima-ku in 2026. It is honored on the 2025 Tabelog Tachinomi Hyakumeiten list.
