Ankeraso (アンケラソ)

Ankeraso is a perennially packed standing bar in Osaka’s Ura-Namba pocket, built around its specialty: expertly grilled horumon (beef and pork offal) served in small, shareable portions with a simple salt-and-wasabi finish. The no-frills counter format and brisk turnover mean lines often form outside, but regulars say the wait is part of the ritual.

Since 2015 it has become a benchmark address for Osaka’s horumon-and-standing-bar culture.
