Motsuyaki Doppo Honcho-ten (もつ焼き独歩 本町店／旧店名：寅屋 船橋本町店)

A beloved Funabashi motsuyaki standing bar near Keisei-Funabashi Station, this shop built its reputation grilling offal skewers for a loyal local crowd under the name Toraya. In March 2026 it was rebranded to Motsuyaki Doppo as part of a wider rename across sibling locations, but regulars report the same staff, same menu, and same smoky, no-frills charm behind the counter.

It earned a place on Tabelog’s 2025 Top 100 Tachinomi list under its original name, Toraya Funabashi-Honcho-ten. The kitchen closes once the night’s skewers run out.
