Yamachan Nakasu-ten (やまちゃん 中洲店)

Yamachan Nakasu-ten is the Nakasu branch of Nagahama Yatai Yamachan, a beloved Fukuoka ramen-izakaya chain tracing its roots to the Hakata yatai (open-air food stall) tradition of 1986. Open late into the night, it serves slow-simmered tonkotsu ramen alongside yakitori, oden, and sashimi in a lively, stall-inspired atmosphere just steps from Nakasu-Kawabata Station. The restaurant has been repeatedly recognized in Tabelog’s Izakaya Hyakumeiten rankings across multiple years, including the 2025 Izakaya WEST list.
