Tomoshibi (灯)

Tomoshibi is a fully reservation-based, private-room Japanese-Western fusion restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo, opened in October 2023. Its cooking blends traditional Japanese technique with Western methods such as low-temperature cooking and fermentation, built around Hokkaido’s seasonal ingredients, with a signature black truffle clay-pot rice. It was named to Tabelog’s 2025 Izakaya EAST Hyakumeiten (Top 100) list.
