EUREKA! is a sake- and shochu-focused izakaya in Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, near Hiroo Station, opened in November 2022 by sake sommelier Marie Chiba. It pairs a curated selection of Japanese sake with French-influenced small plates from chef Masashi Yaguchi, served across a counter, standing area, and one private room. It was named to Tabelog’s 2025 Izakaya EAST Hyakumeiten (Top 100) list.
