Negibouzu (葱ぼうず)

Negibouzu (葱ぼうず) is a seafood-focused izakaya located steps from the south exit of Niigata Station, part of the Niigata-based Yonekura Group. It specializes in seafood from Sado Island waters and local specialties such as nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) and Koshihikari rice cooked in copper pots, with private rooms accommodating groups of up to 60. Negibouzu was named to Tabelog’s 2025 Izakaya EAST Hyakumeiten (Top 100) list.
