Matasaburo is an aged-meat yakiniku and steak specialist near Nagai Station in Osaka, established in 1989. It is known for charcoal-grilled dry- and wet-aged beef served in an elegant, mostly-private-room setting. The restaurant has been selected for Tabelog’s Yakiniku Top 100 (Hyakumeiten) multiple years running. Note: the restaurant traditionally closes for the entire month of September each year for a summer break, resuming normal operations in October.
