In a quiet corner of Ginza, Kushiage Su is a reservation-only, six-seat restaurant serving a fully gluten-free kushiage (deep-fried skewer) omakase course, using rice flour batter and dedicated gluten-free ingredients throughout. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM and weekends from noon to 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, closed on Mondays. The dinner course runs around ¥13,000 per person. It is one of the few dedicated gluten-free kushiage restaurants in Japan and is popular with celiac travelers.
