The menu features 100% plant-based Japanese dishes, including vegan sushi and vegetable-and-soymilk ramen, served in a calm, historic setting. It is open Thursday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM and closed Monday through Wednesday, with dishes generally priced between ¥700 and ¥1,000. Reservations are recommended given its limited seating.
