Torihama (鳥浜)

In the Chitose-cho area of Hamamatsu’s Chuo Ward, Torihama is an all-private-room restaurant founded in 1946, specializing in pheasant cuisine and chicken miso sukiyaki, limited to just three parties a day. The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, closing on Sundays, the first and third Thursdays, and holidays. Dinner typically runs ¥7,000 to ¥9,900 per person. Its recognition on the 2025 Tabelog Hyakumeiten toriryori (chicken cuisine) list marks it as one of Japan’s standout chicken and game bird specialty restaurants.
