Tucked into the Kiguramachi yakitori alley, Yakitori Manjiro is a six-seat counter restaurant that has quickly become one of Kanazawa’s hardest reservations to secure, with some reviewers reporting waits of up to six months for a seat. The restaurant operates only three nights a week, Thursday through Saturday, and is reservation-only throughout. Dinner typically runs ¥8,000 to ¥9,999, and the restaurant earned its first-ever selection to the Tabelog yakitori WEST Hyakumeiten list in 2025.
