Five minutes from Nakazakicho Station, Goichi has earned a reputation as one of Osaka’s most difficult yakitori restaurants to book, packing a 20-seat, non-smoking counter every night of the week. The restaurant accepts cash only and keeps consistent hours from 5:00 PM to midnight daily with no fixed closed day. Dinner typically runs ¥8,000 to ¥10,000, and its popularity has since spawned a more casual sister restaurant, CHIKICHIKI, for diners who can’t secure a seat here.
