Shinhaku (心伯)

Opened in April 2021 eight minutes from Higashi-Umeda Station, Shinhaku has held Tabelog Hyakumeiten yakitori WEST selection for four consecutive years from 2022 through 2025. The ten-seat counter runs an omakase yakitori course across two nightly seatings, while a separate six-seat private room offers a duck shabu-shabu course as an alternative to skewers. Entirely reservation-only with a strict cancellation policy and requests for guests to keep fragrance and conversation volume low, the restaurant caters to small, exclusive parties of nine to ten people at a time.
