Omino Tsubaki (おみ乃 椿)

Omino Tsubaki is the Kyobashi branch of the acclaimed Oshiage yakitori restaurant Omino, tucked into a basement alleyway and run around a seven-seat counter. The concept builds on the flagship’s signature Date chicken and heritage breeds like Takahara Hinai chicken, reimagined here with Japanese, Western, and Chinese-inflected techniques meant to engage all five senses. Selected for the Tabelog Hyakumeiten yakitori ranking in both 2024 and 2025, the restaurant keeps a smart-casual dress code, restricts phone use and photography at the table, and reserves the room for guests eighteen and older outside of private bookings.
