Opened in July 2024 near Edogawabashi Station in Kagurazaka, Tori Takuchu has quickly earned a place among the Tabelog Hyakumeiten’s 2025 yakitori honorees. The kitchen grills a rotating lineup of regional chicken breeds — Tochigi jidori, Golden Shamo, and guinea fowl among them — over binchotan charcoal, pairing each skewer with a reservation-only, all-you-can-drink omakase course. A compact seven-seat counter plus a small back table keep the room intimate, while a well-chosen sake list rounds out the luxurious, understated dining experience.
