Yakiniku Kosen (焼肉幸泉)
A highly sought-after yakini…
A one-minute walk from Akabanebashi Station, Aramaki opened in July 2024 with a serene, kaiseki-like atmosphere built around a ten-seat hinoki counter. The kitchen sources carefully selected local and brand-name chicken, finishing each skewer over Kishu binchotan charcoal within a seasonal course that changes monthly alongside other Japanese dishes. Reservations are handled entirely through an online booking platform, underscoring the restaurant’s quietly exclusive feel despite its short time in business. It has already earned a place among the Tabelog Hyakumeiten’s 2025 yakitori honorees, a fast rise for a restaurant not yet two years old.
