Yakiniku Kosen (焼肉幸泉)
A highly sought-after yakini…
Two minutes from Shimbashi Station’s Karasumori Exit, Mitsumasa has been feeding the neighborhood’s salarymen since 1975, and the crowds spilling out most weeknights make clear the formula still works. Alongside classic grilled chicken skewers, the menu leans into motsuyaki, grilled offal cooked with the same practiced hand, giving regulars a reason to return beyond the usual yakitori repertoire. The room is cash only, no-frills, and unmistakably a working izakayaー a survivor of old Shimbashi that has earned repeat Tabelog Hyakumeiten honors without changing much of anything. Arrive early or be ready to wait for one of the 41 seats.
