Shirokane Toritama Honkan is an upscale yakitori restaurant near Hiroo Station, serving skewers of carefully sourced chicken grilled over binchotan charcoal in an elegant, intimate setting. As the flagship location of the Toritama brand, it built the reputation that led to sister branches across Tokyo and even abroad. The omakase-style course format lets diners sample the kitchen’s full range of cuts and seasonal accompaniments, and it was selected as one of Tabelog’s Yakitori Hyakumeiten (Top 100) for the East Japan region in 2025.
