Yakitori Midori is a sister restaurant of Yokohama’s renowned Satobatei, offering a single all-inclusive course of charcoal-grilled skewers and seasonal side dishes. Chicken is grilled over binchotan charcoal at a relaxed counter and table space near Kannai, with a well-chosen list of sake and wine to match. The course traditionally finishes with the shop’s popular fried rice, a nod to its parent restaurant. Reservations are recommended, as the nightly course routinely sells out.
