Chiba Izumi (地葉 いずみ)

Chiba Izumi is a Nagoya outpost of the acclaimed Chiba yakitori group, which also runs locations in Yokohama and elsewhere in Nagoya, including the Sakae-area branch. A short walk from Takaoka Station, the restaurant serves a refined, wine-paired full course of charcoal-grilled chicken skewers at a sleek counter under head chef Takuto Machida, with a private room available for groups. Note: despite the shared brand name, this Izumi-area location is a distinct branch from the group’s existing Sakae and Yokohama Hanare restaurants.
