Yakitori 58 (焼鳥 58)

Yakitori 58 is a modern 17-seat yakitori restaurant a short walk from Kofu Station, opened in December 2023 and known for its Osaka-influenced approach to grilled chicken skewers. The kitchen highlights Koshu jidori, a prized Yamanashi free-range chicken breed, grilled over charcoal and paired with local Yamanashi sake. The stylish counter and table seating make it a comfortable spot for both casual visits and special occasions. Yakitori 58 has been named one of Tabelog’s Top 100 Yakitori Restaurants (Hyakumeiten) in the EAST region for 2025.
