Torisho Ishii Hina (鳥匠いし井ひな)

Torisho Ishii Hina is the Tokyo branch of Osaka’s celebrated Michelin-starred yakitori restaurant Torisho Ishii, opened in Minami-Azabu in 2022. Master chef Yoshitomo Ishii’s techniques are carried through to Tokyo, where premium jidori chicken and seasonal vegetables are grilled over binchotan charcoal and served as an elegant, kaiseki-like omakase course. The refined, quiet counter setting elevates yakitori to the level of fine sushi or kaiseki dining, and the restaurant is notoriously difficult to book. Reservations must be made online in advance, as phone reservations are not accepted.
