Senshou (焼鳥 泉松)

Senshou is a reservation-only yakitori specialist in the Izumi neighborhood of Nagoya’s Higashi ward, prized for its meticulous handling of Inagaki Nagoya Cochin chicken. Each cut is grilled over Kishu binchotan charcoal with techniques tailored to bring out its full flavor, served as part of a 17-course omakase menu in a calm, refined dining room with counter seating and private rooms. Recognized among Tabelog’s Yakitori Hyakumeiten, it is a popular choice for special occasions, including custom birthday plates arranged in advance by phone. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
