Yakitori Uu is a Gakugei-daigaku charcoal grill counter that carries on the pedigree of its predecessor, Torisawa Gakugei-daigaku, under a new name and identity. The kitchen serves a stop-system course where diners keep ordering skewers of chicken, offal, and seasonal vegetables until they say enough, giving guests full control over pacing and portion.
