Chiba Hanare is the Yokohama Station annex of the acclaimed Chiba (地葉) yakitori group, serving an omakase course of charcoal-grilled chicken skewers just five minutes on foot from the station. The U-shaped counter and private rooms create an intimate setting for watching each skewer threaded and seasoned with meticulously calculated salt. Recognized among Tabelog’s Top 100 Yakitori restaurants (Hyakumeiten) for 2025, it reflects the chef-driven style shared across the Chiba brand’s locations in Yokohama, Nagoya, and Osaka.
