Shipping and customsParcels are not insured nor come with a tracking number. Parcels will be sent using the Japanese Post Office via Eco SAL. Only a single shipping attempt is included in the price of product where included shipping is indicated. Please allow at least 6 weeks after the date of dispatch before contacting us regarding potentially lost parcels.
